"Rare VSOP is a Fine Champagne cognac, which means a blend of Grande and Petite Champagne cognacs, with at least 50% coming from the Grande Champagne district. This, a blend of more than 25 cognacs, the youngest of which has aged over 4 years in our cellars, is considered to be the ""classic"" Hine.The most delicate of Hine's cognacs: fruity aromas on the nose, such as jasmine and acacia flower. Delicate, surprising, mellow and delightfully smooth on the palate."
